Please review the documentation and demo before purchasing to ensure the plugin fits your use case. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have done your due diligence.

Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, our plugins are digital products that provide full source code access after installation. Because of this nature, our refund policy is as follows:

Within 7 days of purchase:

• If you encounter a technical issue on our side that we cannot resolve together, you are eligible for a full refund.
• If the plugin doesn't fit your use case but there is no technical issue on our end, you are eligible for a maximum 50% refund.

After 7 days: No refunds are available.

Before purchasing, feel free to reach out at support@filamentplugins.com – we're happy to help evaluate whether a plugin fits your use case. After purchase, we'll always do our best to help you achieve your goals.

As-is provision

Plugins are provided "as-is" without warranties. We make reasonable efforts to fix bugs and issues, but cannot guarantee specific customizations or feature requests.

Prerequisite knowledge

You are expected to have working knowledge of Laravel, Filament, Composer and general web development practices. Issues arising from environment setup, server configuration, or lack of technical knowledge are not grounds for a refund.

Support

Bug reports and feature requests are welcome. Support is available at support@filamentplugins.com and is limited to plugin-specific issues during your active license period. We do not provide general development assistance or help with unrelated tools and environments.

We try to respond as soon as possible. However, support queries often require debugging, replicating issues, or writing a thorough answer. Therefore, generally, every few business days we have a moment to batch go through all effortful queries at once – though of course we will reply faster if the answer is obvious.

We also offer priority support with the Enterprise license. With priority support, we will strive to respond as soon as possible on the same business day.

License terms

Each license is subject to the following terms.

• Solo: 2 activations (local + production), intended for single project use.
• Unlimited: Unlimited activations, intended for multiple projects.
• Enterprise: Unlimited activations with priority support.

An activation is an installation on any new device, laptop, or server.

All licenses include lifetime access to the version you licensed. Updates and new features are only available while your license is active. After expiration, you can continue using the licensed version indefinitely.

You can upgrade your license at any time. We'll credit the remaining time on your current license toward your new plan.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights and copyright for our plugins are owned by Ralph J. Smit and FilamentPlugins.com. Purchasing a license grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the plugin – not ownership of the underlying code or intellectual property.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the plugin beyond what is strictly necessary for its intended use. You may not remove or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary markings in the code.

Redistribution

You may not resell, redistribute, or include plugins in distributable products or applications. Plugins may be used for both personal and commercial end-user projects.

Using your license key across multiple client projects is permitted. However, if a project is transferred to another agency or developer, your license is no longer valid for installation with that project. The new owner or developer can purchase and/or use their own license.

Marketing communications

We may occasionally send you emails about relevant product updates or releases. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email support@filamentplugins.com to be removed from the list.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ralph J. Smit and FilamentPlugins.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from or related to the use or inability to use our plugins.

We are not liable for issues caused by third-party software, including but not limited to Laravel, Filament, PHP, Composer, your hosting environment, or any other dependencies.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of a plugin shall not exceed the amount you paid for that plugin. These liability exclusions do not apply in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or where prohibited by mandatory consumer protection laws.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ralph J. Smit and FilamentPlugins.com from any third-party claims, damages, losses, or legal costs arising from your use of our plugins, violation of these terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply. Any disputes will be resolved under Dutch law.
